Mieke Struyve graduated as a documentary director at RITCS Brussels (Royal Institute of cinema, Theatre & Sound) in 2001. She started her career making two author driven documentaries for HOGE BOMEN: a documentary collection commissioned by Belgian public TV Channels VRT and RTBF. Since then she has been making television documentaries, mostly for national television. In 2019 she co-directed the feature documentary THIRD ACT. She has over twenty years of experience directing various genres, with several production companies. At Clin d’oeil films she has the opportunity to extend her knowledge to the field of production and use her experience as a director to help facilitate the production of socially relevant films.
